鲜竹酒

       Fresh Bamboo Liquor

以湘中地区产的稻米为原料，酿制成酒，封坛存放于地窖中。待每年春、冬两季竹笋长至2米高时，取出窖酒注入笋节。如此竹与酒相融共生，酒吸收了竹的精华，竹过滤出酒的甘醇。绵柔醇香、养生上品。

Fresh bamboo liquor is brewed with rice which is produced in the middle of Hunan and put inside jars which are placed in cellars. As springs or winters come and bamboo grows up to 2 meters high, the liquor is poured into a section of the bamboo and well blended with the bamboo. In this way, the liquor absorbs essence of bamboo, and bamboo filters out the mellowness of the liquor.
